New mindfulness classes are commencing in the Hatch Lab, Gorey, this February. Come Step into the present moment to nurture connection, belonging and well-being.
There is no relationship more important than our relationship with the self. Yet, we often struggle to find time to nurture a healthy, loving and kind relationship with ourselves. Therefore, I have created this space for you to intentionally hit pause, meet yourself, exactly as you are, and cultivate compassion and kindness. Throughout the six weeks, you will also develop your ability to tend to difficulty skilfully and become more responsive rather than reactive. You will also cultivate mindful attitudes, supporting you to increase well-being and resilience and reduce stress, overwhelm and burnout.
Mindfulness has proven to support many benefits, some of which include:
Improved relationship with self and all of life – with increased compassion and self-compassion
Reduced Stress – developing the ability to respond to stress more skillfully.
Increased well-being and resilience – holding awareness and intentionality to make healthier choices.
Increased Present Moment Awareness
A more profound sense of connection & belonging.
Increased capacity to make better choices aligned with meaning and purpose.
Increased flourishing – discover the opportunity to awaken your sense of purpose and clarity.
