About this Course

This transformative learning experience is designed to help you manage stress, enhance well-being, and build inner calm through the structured, evidence-based practice of mindfulness.

This programme aims to help you develop mindfulness skills for everyday living, reducing stress, improving quality of life, and living with greater ease and less suffering.

It is not what’s happening, rather our relationship to what’s happening that makes all the difference to our experience
Jon Kabat-Zinn

Through mindfulness, we discover that it is our relationship to life’s moments and not the moments themselves that shape our path. Learn evidence-based skills to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

This course is designed to guide you to a deeper awareness of your inner world, helping you meet yourself and others with greater compassion, understanding, and care. Through guided practice, reflection, and meaningful group connection, you’ll learn how to build a more grounded and nourishing way of relating to life.

Weekly Themes Include:

    • Foundations of mindful presence
    • Discover the pleasure and power in being present

What Past Participants Say

I Feel So Calm

I feel so calm. Before taking this mindfulness course, I would often react to what people said. Now, I know how to manage myself and my emotions. I’m able to take a step back and choose my response, allowing whatever is here to be here. This has been a great gift for which I am deeply grateful.

Marsha Wexford.

Improved Sleep

After six 6-weeks of mindfulness training, I am sleeping so much better. I used to lie awake for hours, night after night, worrying about the past and what might happen in the future. Now, I turn to mindfulness meditation, which helps me focus my mind in helpful ways. Each time. I drift off to sleep. I feel the benefits in my mood and energy levels the following day. Everyone should practice mindfulness.

Geraldine, Wicklow

Calm & Peaceful

I can now place a distance between myself and my thoughts and emotions. Before this course, I was consumed with worry. I was anxious about the future, and my fear used to run away with me. Now, I know how to create space so that the problematic thoughts and emotions don’t take over. I feel calm and peaceful. Mindfulness should be taught everywhere, to everyone.

Roisin, Wexford

Positive Shift In How I Respond To Stress

I thoroughly enjoyed this course — the people, the content, and especially Hilary’s calming presence and voice. I’ve been practising the skills we learned and can already feel a positive shift in how I respond to stress. This course has provided such valuable support during a time of change. My only wish is that it had lasted longer or continued somehow.

mary Walsh, Wexford.

A Safe & Supportive Space

Hilary’s classes were a joy to attend. She brings a deep well of knowledge and a warm, kind presence to her teaching. The space she created felt incredibly safe and supportive, allowing each of us to explore even the most challenging experiences with honesty and care. I truly enjoyed every moment of the course and would love to join more of her classes in the future.

Regina Power, Carlow.

Practical, Knowledgable & Kind

This course gave me practical tools to manage stress and be gentler with myself. Since starting the guided mindfulness meditations at night, my sleep has improved dramatically — and with that, my resilience and mood have too. Hilary is wise, knowledgeable and kind, creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone felt able to open up and explore even the challenging experiences. I truly enjoyed every moment and would love to take more classes with her.
