Corporate Wellbeing

Helping people and teams work with greater presence, clarity and connection

Workplaces are moving quickly.

People are managing constant demands, competing priorities, organisational change and an increasing pressure to remain productive while also protecting their wellbeing.

My corporate wellbeing programmes create space for people to pause, regulate and reconnect—with themselves, with one another and with how they want to work.

Drawing on mindfulness-based wellbeing, coaching psychology and neuroscience-informed practice, I design and facilitate meaningful workplace experiences that support both personal wellbeing and healthier team functioning.

These are not simply relaxation sessions.

They are opportunities for people to develop greater self-awareness, improve how they listen and communicate, respond more skilfully under pressure and return to their work with practical intentions for meaningful change.

Corporate retreats and team off-sites

A corporate retreat offers something often unavailable during the normal working week: time to step back, reflect, and reconnect.

I work with organisations and corporate retreat venues to design facilitated experiences that help participants arrive fully, settle the nervous system and engage more meaningfully with the purpose of their time together.

A retreat experience may include:

Guided mindfulness and meditation
Nervous system regulation and grounding practices
Reflective individual and group exercises
Mindful listening and communication
Strengthening presence and connection within teams
Facilitated conversations around workplace culture
Personal and collective commitments to bring back into work

Each programme is shaped around the organisation, the team and the intended outcomes of the retreat.

The aim is not simply for people to feel better while they are away.

It is to help them return to work with greater clarity, awareness and a conscious understanding of what they want to do differently.

Reset. Reflect. Return.

My signature corporate retreat framework supports participants through three connected stages.

Reset

Participants are guided to slow down, become present and move out of habitual workplace urgency.

Through mindfulness, meditation, and somatic awareness, they are supported in recognising what they are carrying and reconnecting with a greater sense of steadiness.

Reflect

The group explores how attention, stress and habitual patterns influence communication, decision-making and workplace relationships.

Facilitated exercises strengthen listening, self-awareness, empathy and the capacity to respond rather than react.

Return

Participants identify the learning they want to bring back into their working lives.

The group develops practical individual and team commitments so that the retreat experience is translated into meaningful workplace action.

Optional post-retreat integration sessions can also be provided to help sustain the learning and review what has changed.

Workplace mindfulness programmes

Workplace mindfulness is not about asking employees to tolerate unsustainable pressure.

Used responsibly, it helps people understand their relationship with stress, attention, emotion and habitual patterns.

Programmes can be delivered as introductory workshops, half-day experiences, multi-week courses or ongoing organisational wellbeing initiatives.

Participants may develop:

Greater awareness of stress and early signs of overload
Improved attention and concentration
Increased emotional regulation
A more considered response to challenging situations
Stronger personal boundaries
Greater self-compassion and resilience
Practical mindfulness skills for everyday working life
Mindful leadership

Leaders set the emotional tone of an organisation.

A leader’s ability to remain present, listen well and respond thoughtfully has a direct influence on communication, trust and team culture.

Mindful leadership sessions support leaders to explore:

Presence and self-awareness
Listening without immediately problem-solving
Responding skilfully under pressure
The impact of leadership behaviour on others
Emotional regulation and relational awareness
Values-led decision-making
Creating space for clearer and more constructive conversations

Programmes can be designed for senior leaders, emerging leaders or management teams.

Communication, listening and team connection

Many workplace difficulties are not caused by a lack of knowledge.

They arise when people feel unheard, communication becomes reactive, or teams lose the capacity for honest, constructive conversations.

Using practical exercises informed by mindfulness and coaching psychology, I help groups explore how they listen, communicate and relate to one another.

Sessions may focus on:

Deepening listening skills
Recognising assumptions and automatic reactions
Developing more conscious communication
Strengthening empathy without avoiding accountability
Creating greater psychological safety
Improving team connection
Supporting healthier workplace relationships

Talks, workshops and tailored programmes

Corporate wellbeing services can be provided as:

Keynote-style talks
One-hour introductory sessions
Half-day workshops
Full-day programmes
Corporate retreat facilitation
Multi-week mindfulness programmes
Leadership development sessions
Post-retreat integration sessions
Bespoke organisational wellbeing programmes

Every organisation is different.

Before recommending a programme, I take time to understand your workplace, your people and what you want the experience to achieve.

An evidence-informed and human approach

My work is grounded in academic study, specialist professional training and extensive experience supporting individuals and groups.

I hold a First-Class Honours MSc in Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing and a First-Class Honours Higher Diploma in Coaching Psychology.

I have also completed specialist training in Mindfulness-Based Workplace Wellbeing through the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, along with advanced training in Executive Coaching with Neuroscience.

This background allows me to bring together evidence-based practice with a warm, grounded and highly experiential facilitation style.

The academic foundation matters.

However, so too does the ability to create a space where people feel safe enough to pause, participate honestly and engage meaningfully with the work.

Who I work with

Corporate wellbeing programmes are suitable for:

Businesses and organisations
Leadership and management teams
Healthcare and support services
Education and public-sector organisations
Corporate retreat centres
Professional service teams
Teams experiencing change, pressure or transition
Organisations seeking a more meaningful approach to employee wellbeing

Creating an experience that continues beyond the day

A successful workplace wellbeing programme should not end when the workshop or retreat finishes.

Participants should leave with insight, practical skills and a clearer understanding of how they want to work, lead and relate to others.

My role is to create an experience that is reflective, evidence-informed and deeply practical—supporting people not only to understand wellbeing, but to experience it and translate that learning into everyday working life.

Discuss your organisation’s needs.

Corporate programmes can be delivered in person, online or as part of a residential retreat.
