This course gave me practical tools to manage stress and be gentler with myself. Since starting the guided mindfulness meditations at night, my sleep has improved dramatically — and with that, my resilience and mood have too. Hilary is wise, knowledgeable and kind, creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone felt able to open up and explore even the challenging experiences. I truly enjoyed every moment and would love to take more classes with her.
