Hilary has been teaching meditation for over 20 years. She holds an MSc in Mindfulness Based Wellbeing, a H Dip in Coaching Psychology, and is a Certified Hypnotherapist and group facilitator. Highly trained and experienced in building workplace and personal resilience via Oxford University and University College Cork, her programmes support awakening the awareness of your inner wisdom to enable increased happiness and well-being.
