One-to-One Mindfulness Sessions
A quiet space, just for you.
Sometimes what we need most is not another strategy, but a moment to pause, breathe, and be met exactly where we are. One-to-One Mindfulness Sessions offer you a private, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface of everyday life.
These sessions are personal, practical, and grounded. There’s no pressure to “do mindfulness right” or to fix anything. Instead, we work with awareness, noticing sensations in the body, emotions as they arise, the flow of thoughts, and how all of this shapes your choices and actions.
What One to One Mindfulness Sessions support
- Stress, overwhelm, or burnout
- Anxiety or difficulty switching off
- Life transitions, uncertainty, or change
- Developing a regular mindfulness practice
- Simply creating space to breathe and reflect
Each session is shaped around you. We may use guided mindfulness practices, gentle inquiry, grounding exercises, or reflective conversation, depending on what’s most helpful in the moment.
What to expect
- A calm, confidential, one-to-one setting
- Guided mindfulness tailored to your needs
- Simple tools you can bring into daily life
- A compassionate, non-judgemental approach
You don’t need any prior experience with mindfulness. Curiosity and willingness are enough.
Format
Sessions are available in person or online, making them easy to fit into your life wherever you are.
Book in a way that suits you.
Some people choose to meet weekly, others bi-weekly, or monthly. I’m flexible, and we can find a rhythm that feels supportive rather than pressured.
Each session remains responsive to where you are. There’s no fixed programme to keep up with, just a steady, compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
If you’re feeling the pull to slow down, listen inward, or create more space and ease in your life, a One-to-One Mindfulness Session can be a gentle place to begin.
Support in between Sessions
Guided mindful practices are also provided to support you in between sessions, helping you to gently integrate mindfulness into everyday life and maintain a sense of continuity and care beyond our time together.
If you’re drawn to a slower, more attentive way of meeting life, one-to-one mindfulness sessions offer a simple and supportive place to begin or deepen your practice.
